We will meet at your hotel and travel by car to Soğanlı (a 45 minute drive). In Soğanlı Valley, you can see the original lifestyle and real culture of Cappadocia. The people still live in original caves and earn their living as farmers.This isn’t a tourist destination! We will make a loop around old houses and rock-cut churches,then ride on asphalt to Başköy village !Many people have left their houses in the village due to falling rocks,though some people stil live in caves.
Later, we will ride on dirt roads to Şahinefendi village,where we will see natural rock-cut fruit storage. Along the way,we will visir Ancient Roman ruins known as ‘Sobessos’. From Şahinefendi to Taşkınpaşa village, we will travel on a nice, relaxing asphalt road. We will have a picnic lunch in Taşkınpaşa village and then hit singletrack and dirt roads to Mustafapaşa, where we will finish the day before heading back to your hotel.
